I had a very nice experience here, everything was modern, the location was stunning next to town centre and beautiful St Ives. Brand-new rooms with a nice view and really great service - just as I expected. The breakfast offered variety of food and

The room I got was neat and beautifully decorated with a fridge, tea plus seaview. The breakfast was more than adequate and consisted of delicious meals. Easy check-in was a nice touch and I liked really great service.  

Truly enjoyed more than adequate and delicious breakfasts.

Possibly the best and very nice stay in another town. Welcoming and great staff members, amazing location adjacent to the city center, amazing surfy beach and bars. Also, close to the town centre.

Had a good choice of options for breakfast, it was more than adequate and delicious. It was in a fantastic location right by the main shopping area and amazing surfy beach. Really friendly staff, answered all questions.

All in all everything was modern, had a really nice stay in another town. The location was fantastic, for example, an original museum was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. It was also next to the dog 

A wide range of food items served for more than adequate breakfast. The setting was incredible, just next door to Porthmeor beach, St Ives harbour and the town centre. And its at a walking distance from Rajpoot, ate there once or twice. 

I truly enjoyed its excellent and lovely location!

The room was very well decorated and with an iron/ironing board, tea/coffee making equipment, and TV at your disposal, stunningly beautiful view of the ocean. Free Wi-Fi was good and the service was really great. The 

Welcoming staff, really great services, and stunning location right by beaches and town centre, the harbour, and town centre. Extremely comfy bed in king room with a coffee/tea maker, multi-channel TV, and ironing facilities.  

There were an iron/ironing board, tea/coffee making equipment and TV in the room, liked that. The location was exceptionally nice as it was a short walk to restaurants and bars. Easy access to Penzance airport, which was about 15 minutes'
